I was watching the 7 part documentary on the Twilight DVD disk (special features) and I saw these pictures. He was with Nikki :P but I cut her out :) Sorry Nikki...

December 31th || happy birthday skye.
 
"Kat, call me back. I really need to talk to you." He's straightforward.
 
"Come on Kat I miss you." He's missing me.
 
"Seriously why are you being such a b!tch....just answer you damn phone." He's pissed.
 
"Kitty Kat, I'm sorry I cussed. You're not a b!tch. Please call me back. I'm sorry..." He's begging.
 
"Wow, what a guy," Chloe said next to me.
 
Chloe was my roommate back at Cyprus Rose and I haven't had the chance to really spend some time with her here in New York.
 
Currently, we were hanging in my hotel room, on my bed, in our pj's, listening to my voice mail...well, listening to Shane on my voice mail since he's been calling me non stop.
 
"He's a KT what can you expect." I ended listening to my voice mail and threw my phone to the side.
 
With a sigh, I thumped back onto the bed. Some of my long hair got in my mouth. I sputtered to push it out.
 
"Kat, I got it," Chloe said laughing, pulling the hair away from my lips.
 
"Thanks," I mumbled still miserable and a little hungover from last night.
 
She studied me for a moment before snapping her fingers together. "I know what will cheer you up."
 
"Shane's small d*ck on a plate," I joked.
 
"It's small?" She cocked her head to side. "Really? I thought..."
 
I laughed and slapped her lightly on the elbow. "I'm kidding. I haven't even...we haven't even...just continue!"
 
"Okay," She giggled. "Okay. As I was saying. I know what will cheer you up."
 
She paused. For a couple of seconds, she just smiled widely at me.
 
I raised an eyebrow. "Well what? Get on with it."
 
"Let's go get our hair done!" She sounded so excited.
 
"How will that cheer me up?" I asked confused.
 
"Because, it just will." She got up from the bed and snapped her fingers at me twice. "Come on, get up!"
 
I grumbled but did what she said.

About an hour and a half later, Chloe and I exited the salon. Both of our heads newly styled.
 
I ran a hand through my curled do and smiled at Chloe. "I do feel better believe it our not."
 
She just smiled and said, "Told you so."

"Happy birthday to you, happy birthday to you, happy birthday to Skye...happy birthday to you! Whoo!!!"
 
"Thanks girls," Skye said in appreciation. "This is one of the best b-days ever."
 
After we all took turns hugging her and giving presents before I stepped away to get some fresh air.
 
In front of me was the perfect view to see the ball drop. I've only seen the ball drop once before. When I was seven, my parents surprised me with tickets to Dick Clarks New Years Celebration.
 
I was so excited and seeing the ball drop was a magical experience.
 
I even got a kiss; granted it was from both my parents and it was on my cheeks, I still got a kiss.
 
This time around, it seemed like I was getting no kiss...

Before I knew it, it was time to count down to the new year.
 
I felt so lonely. My fellow ZBZ's were near but I had no significant other and the new year was almost here.

I didn't know if it was a dream but suddenly Eric was in front of me looking just as amazing as he did those nights ago at the party.

He stepped close to me. His eyes intense, only focused on me.

I found myself going toward him.

We finally stopped moving. We were only inches apart but close enough that I could feel the warmth of his body.

I wanted him closer.

He smiled and said, "Happy New Year."

I didn't even notice the ball drop and the cheers around me as we kissed.
